Welcome to Stefano's Restaurant!
Ristorante Stefano’s Fine Italian Dining is open seven days per week, and every day, several members of the Stefano family can be found working together in the kitchen to bring an authentic taste of Italy to their patrons. With a 45-year history as an Italian food chef in both New York and New Jersey restaurants, Stefano Sr. opened his own pizzeria 25 years ago in Pompton Plains.

We just finished up a party of 28 at Stefano's and each and every one of our guests were impressed with the food and the service. We opted for one of their party menu options which ended up being perfect and more food than we could have asked for. We were greeted by Robin upon arrival, who took care of our entire party from keeping beverages cold, wine bottles open and kids happy. She was phenomenal, professional, and exhibited a calm sense of urgency which impressed our whole party. The food was served timely, hot and of great quality, and all of the staff was courteous and prioritized service and cleanliness. I would recommend this restaurant for a small family dinner for good quality food or a large get together in their private room.

I've dined at Stefano's for many years. The food is absolutely delicious, the friendly staff are efficient, and both the restaurant and restrooms are very clean. It is a BYOB restaurant (which is appreciated). and we are never rushed after dinner. I also cater food for the holidays each year, and our favorite family meal CHICKEN PARM is a MUST to try!!! I don't know the secret recipe here but you won't be disappointed.

Been coming here for over a decade. This place is a gem. Legit authentic over-the-top presentation Italian fare with service to match. Formal restaurant is intimate with nice decor. BYOB. Never had a meal I was disappointed with. I’ve also had them cater countless birthday parties. Have referred co-workers who live as far as Fort Lee and still frequent this spot. Food is spot on. Had the Veal Chop special tonight. Wife had the Stuffed Sea Bass. They say the cannolis are their gem, but wait until you have their lemon sorbet….delish!!! Make reservations. Wear something that makes you feel good. Opens 4:30pm. Plenty of parking. For pizza or informal, check out nicely appointed pizzeria on right. Seriously this place is legit! Thanks for your hospitality!
